   The study of waves and how they are linked to Cell Phones and Smart Phones is that Cell Phones and Smart Phones are connected to waves they are connected to Cellular Networks,which sends waves to the phone and all other phones,Cellular networks give the cell phone waves to call anyone from any part of the world with a clear voice and signal.Cellular Networks also give off waves to so phones have data (the internet) so people on their phones can go on any website they want.
